About UsMachine shops have used huge industrial CNC machines to make large numbers of exact precise parts for some time. Until recently this technology and equipment was limited to high end expensive
manufacturers. DIY's used this technology and began making smaller CNC machines for their own use, cutting, carving, and making parts out of various metals and especially wood. Now these machines and technology have become more affordable to the "serious" hobbyist and small shops. Creations include signs, plaques, 2D and 3D carvings, and more - cut from a single solid piece of material. This now allows very custom made and "high end" quality products which are available and affordable. |
Who I Am
|
I am a woodworker with over 30 years experience who took a chance on learning this new technology. Entering retirement I bought a very good CNC machine and was determined to succeed in this new adventure. I specialize in custom work and smaller orders. I am more interested in making an individual happy with a one of a kind piece, than mass producing parts. Therefore, I can customize one of my pieces for you, or take your ideas and come up with something. You can have it unfinished to complete yourself, or stained with 4 coats of polyurethane (for inside) or spar varnish (for outside). Corafoam is also available.
I will also ship, with a discount, any piece unfinished to be completed by you. These are great DIY projects. |
